Design Paper Bags for an Organic Farm
Use Adobe Photoshop to create three unique packaging designs for an organic farm that offers products from ecological agriculture. The designs are intended for paper bags and will each represent a different product category:
- Grain products (wheat)
- Free-range eggs
- Sheep wool products
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Design Format:
- Each design must be created in its own Photoshop file
- Size: 8.5 cm x 11 cm, 300 dpi
- Background: white
- Logo Design:
- Create a logo for the organic farm with a name and a design that fits an eco-friendly, organic aesthetic
- Place the logo in the same position on all three designs to create visual unity across the products
- Image Editing:
- Use the provided image materials
- Carefully isolate individual elements using layer masks and the Select and Mask tool
- You may add your own images if they fit the style
- Design Composition:
- Arrange the elements in a visually appealing and clear layout
- Make sure the design communicates the natural, organic feel of the brand
- Save each design as both a PSD and a JPEG file
- Packaging Mockup:
- Open the file Papiersackerl.psd
- Isolate the paper bag and copy it three times
- Apply each design by distorting it to match the bag’s perspective
(Edit → Transform → Distort / Perspective) - Use blending modes and shading to make the print look realistic
- Final Composition:
- Add a background and shadows to simulate realistic lighting
