Image Completion / Visual Extension
Choose an existing image or photo and extend it creatively by adding new visual elements. The additions should blend seamlessly into the original picture in terms of style, lighting, perspective, and color.
Objective:
Train your eye for visual coherence and your skills in digital image editing (e.g., with Photoshop). Your additions should be meaningful and appear as though they were always part of the original image.
Instructions:
- Use tools such as layer masks, blending modes, and color corrections
- Pay close attention to light direction, shadows, and textures
- Add realistic or imaginative elements (e.g., objects, people, animals, structures)
- Try to tell a story or create a visual surprise with your additions
